Refund Policy

At The Business Hub (TBH), all services are initiated promptly upon payment. As such, payments are generally non-refundable.

As a service requester ensure:

  • You meet all service requirements
  • You understand what the service covers
  • You are ready to proceed immediately

Once payment is made, processing begins.

Non refundable deposit

Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure engagement. This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances once payment is confirmed.

When Refunds May Apply (Limited Cases Only)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • TBH is unable to deliver the service due to internal reasons
  • A duplicate payment was made
  • Service cannot be fulfilled: where, after payment, it is determined that the service cannot be delivered due to eligibility or regulatory constraints (provided processing has not significantly commenced).

No Refunds Will Be Granted If customer:

  • Changes their mind after payment
  • Delays or fail to provide required information
  • The service has already started or been completed
  • Third-party/government charges have been incurred
  • Partial Refunds

Where applicable, any approved refund will exclude:

  • Processing/admin fees
  • Third-party service provider costs already incurred

Request Timeline

All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of payment.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please send an email to: hello@thebusinesshub.ng

Include the following:

  • Proof of payment (receipt)
  • Service requested
  • Reason for refund request

Incomplete requests may not be reviewed.

Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days
  • Paid to original sender account (where possible)

Alternative Option

You may be offered a service credit instead of a refund.

All official communication regarding refunds must be made via hello@thebusinesshub.ng. Requests through other channels may not be considered.

Policy Update

TBH reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time with notice to you. The version in effect at the time of payment will apply.
